Properties:

Bottle green powder, density:126g/cm3. It melting point is not lower than 83℃, soluble in chloroform, benzene, carbon bisulfide, slightly soluble in acetone and ethanol, does not dissolve in water and gasoline. Stable for storage.

Application:

Antiozonidate for chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chlorohydrin rubber and styrene butadiene rubber. It can improve the glue stuff's heat resistance, reduce the glue stuff's metachromasia uner sunlight, it also has slight delayed action to vulcanization. It also is a kind of heat stabilizer in the glue stuff of chlorosulfonated polyethylene which is vulcanized by metal oxide.
This product has good safety activate to the ozone, static exposure map crack and flex crack in the styrene butadiene rubber; No antioxygenic property, should use together with high quality antioxidant. This product is easy to disperse in glue stuff, may cause the glue stuff stains greed color, but do not pollute. Its general dosage in chloroprene rubber is 1-2 portions, and 0.5-3 portions in styrene butadiene rubber.
