Properties:
Light brown powder or granule, Melting point ≥ 75℃. It is soluble in benzene, dichlorethane, carbon disulfide acetone and gasoline. Insoluble in water.
Applications:
OD is one of anti-oxidant for NR, SBR, NBR, CR etc, it has a good protection to resist on heating, oxygen, circumnutating and breaching. Especially in CR compound, OD can improve obviously thermal brittleness and anti-ozone aging properties. OD is mainly used in tyre, liner tube, rubber-tape, cable, rubber-tube, rubber-overshoes, rubber-floor, gasket and sponge.Normal dosage is about 0.5-2phr.
