Properties:

As a novel organic vulcanization accelerator for natural, synthetic rubber and latex, Organic zinc can reduce the content of impurities (heavy metal) existed in manufactured goods, which makes it comply with environment protection requirement, a light specific weight. Based on its high activity of vulcanization, organic zinc can shorten the time of rubber mass vulcanizing, improve the efficiency of vulcanization and aging coefficient.
This product can be added directly into formulation instead of the same level of zinc oxide produced by direct or indirect method and activated zinc odide. It shows a high prive/performance ratio.
Non-toxic and non-corrosive.

Application:

As vulcanization accelerator it can be used directly instead of the same level of the zinc in formulation. The normal dosage is 3-5 proportions.
