Dimer Acid

Dimer acid is yellow transparent viscous liquid. It is a compound made from 18 carbon unsaturated acids via intermolecular forces. The raw material of Dimer acid is rectified cotton oleic acid and soybean oleic acid, using advanced polymerization acidification process and separation technology to get high purity dicarboxylic acid. Dimer acid has stable performance, non-toxicity, non-volatile, high flash point and fire point, good liquidity, do not freeze in low temperature and soluble in most organic solvents. It is widely used in practical applications.
Dimer acid for exporting is getting from conventional dimer acid. We reduce the trace elements of the conventional dimer acid, using advanced separation technology. It is fit for high-grade epoxy curing agent and polyamide resin.
High purity dimer acid is getting via advanced separation technology, which can separate monomer acid, trimer acid and polymer acid from conventional dimer acid. Dimer content increases from 80% to more than 95%. We restore excellent physicochemical properties of dimer acid, so that the quality of down-stream products will be improved. I. Uses:

1. 1. Conventional dimer acid: widely used in producing polyamide resin, epoxy resin curing agent, hot-melt adhesive, hot plastic products, cable, lubricating oil and antiseptic oil.

2. 2. High purity dimer acid: be used to compose high-grade polyamide resin, hot-melt adhesive, epoxy curing agent, oil field corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, lubricant, degreaser and so on.
