Antibacterial active: High efficient against most species of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial.

Solubility: 0.03%weight/volume in water at 20℃；50%weight/volume in ethanol at 20℃

Appliance

Usage: As a bactericide agent. Chloroxylenol is used in disinfectant, antidandruff shampoo, antibacterial bar soap, also it can be used as an antiseptic or antifungal agent in glues, paints fibers, paper processing, cutting oils, leather processing, photographic products, polishes, and so on.

Quantity of using: between 0.5% and 5.0% based on the weight of the formulation

Method of using: Firstly, dissolving PCMX in alcohol, benzene or nonionic surfactant that can dissolve PCMX without generation of component.
